The brief
From idea to delivery.
Give the next generation of hip hop artists a platform to be heard. 1800 Tequila partnered with Future to discover seven rising artists, bring them together for a week of music making in New York, and turn seven distinct voices into one nationally released project.
What I did
I project managed the documentary through MATTE. Ten minutes, shot around the recording sessions at Jungle City Studios in New York, cut from behind-the-scenes footage and artist interviews.
Where it landed
The project became more than an album, launching nationally across major streaming platforms with a documentary produced with Pitchfork and culminating in a live Atlanta showcase where all seven emerging artists performed alongside Future.
